The problem

One Tuesday, two versions

Nothing about the day changes. What changes is when you find out.

On paper, today You learn at 16:40
  1. 08:00Registers printed and handed out. Whether they come back is a separate question.
  2. 09:30Third period never happens. Nobody outside that corridor knows.
  3. 13:00Registers return to the office. Two are blank, one is missing.
  4. 16:40A parent calls. You start reconstructing the day from memory.
On the platform You know at 09:32
  1. 08:00Sessions open by themselves, generated from the published timetable.
  2. 09:32Alert: Grade 7-B Period 3 never opened — on the control tower and in the feed.
  3. 09:35The campus admin calls the floor. The period is covered and marked.
  4. 16:40Nothing to explain. And if anyone asks later, the record says who did what.
Operational Intelligence · Live today

The system tells you what needs
attention, before you go looking

Four capabilities that run on your live data. No extra data entry — they read the timetable and the register you already keep.

01 Control Tower

Every campus, one morning screen

Attendance completion across every campus in real time — which sessions are open, which never started, which were closed automatically — plus a rolling alerts feed and a per-campus breakdown.

  • One screen answers "is today going normally?"
  • Campus admins see only their own campus
  • Alerts ordered by what actually needs a person

Four things you'd rather know early

Computed continuously from live data, so a problem shows up while it is still small enough to fix with a phone call.

  • Attendance risk — sections trending toward a problem
  • Teacher load — who is over-allocated, before it becomes a complaint
  • Exam readiness — which exams still have marks outstanding
  • Tomorrow's outlook — what's scheduled and likely to be short-staffed

03 Attendance Intelligence

Driven by the timetable, not a daily register

The system knows which period should be running right now. It generates the sessions that ought to exist, classifies each one, and scores the day per campus — so a period that never opened is visible immediately rather than invisible forever.

Role-based access

Five people open the same system
and see five different things

Scope is enforced in the data layer, not hidden in the interface. A campus admin cannot reach another campus even by asking for it directly.

Everything, across every campus

The organisation administrator sees the whole group: enrolment, attendance health, fee collection and staffing, campus by campus.

  • Cross-campus comparison without a spreadsheet
  • Fee policy, branding and staff for the whole group
  • Full audit history, every action attributable

One campus, in full

The campus administrator runs their own building — sections, staff, today's attendance and the fee position — and nothing beyond it.

Their own sections, and what's next

A teacher sees the periods they teach, the register for each, and the marks they are responsible for. Not the rest of the school.

Guardians get attendance, results and the fee position for the children linked to them — the same numbers the school sees, so there is nothing to reconcile on the phone.

The view across every school

  • Support access is read-only by default

Process integrity

The system won't let you
do the wrong thing

Exams, academic years, students and timetables each move through a defined set of states. The rules are enforced in software, not written in a policy nobody reads.

7 Exam lifecycle

Marks cannot change after publication without a trace

Enforced
  1. Draft
  2. Scheduled
  3. Active
  4. Grading
  5. Published
  6. Archived

An exam in grading accepts marks. Once published, results are visible to parents and the grade sheet locks — reopening it is a deliberate act recorded against a named user. Cancelled is a seventh state, reachable only before results exist.

Academic year · 5 states

PlanningActiveExam periodCompletedArchived

You cannot take attendance against a year that has closed, or enrol into one that was archived.

Student · 8 states

AppliedAdmittedActiveSuspendedTransferredGraduatedAlumniWithdrawn

Only an active student can be marked present, billed or graded — so a graduated record cannot quietly pick up a fee.

Timetable · 3 states

DraftActiveArchived

Exactly one timetable is active per campus, guaranteed by the database — not by everyone remembering to archive the old one.

Audit

Every action that touches money or marks is attributable

Distinct action types are recorded with the user, the organisation, the record and the time. Money and marks are the two things schools argue about — both are answerable.

Timetables

Weekly grid per campus with slots, periods and breaks. Publish it and attendance, teacher schedules and live period detection all follow.

Cohorts & promotion

Move a whole year group up in a guided wizard: map last year's classes to this year's, assign sections, review, execute.

Curriculum & grading

Configurable grading schemas and curricula per cohort, so a school's own grade boundaries drive the results.

Attendance

Period-level marking with campus-wide reporting — and a record of the sessions that should have happened but didn't.

Exams & grading

A governed lifecycle from draft to published, bulk grade entry, and per-subject results that feed the transcript directly.

Parents & guardians

Guardian records, relationships, pickup permissions, and a portal showing attendance, results and fees for their children.

Announcements

Targeted by role, campus, class or section, with in-app notifications that reach the right people and nobody else.

Guided setup

A checklist that walks a new school from an empty database to a running timetable, without a consultant on site.

Teacher assignment

Assign teachers to section–subject pairs, see workload per teacher, and catch over-allocation before term starts.

Safety Intelligence · In development

The platform already knows who should
be where. This is what happens next.

Attendance, timetables, sections and rosters are already in the system — so these capabilities have something real to reason about from day one. That is why they belong here rather than as bolt-on hardware.

In development

Facial attendance

A camera at the gate or classroom marks the register. No roll-call eating the first five minutes, no proxy attendance. The system already knows which period is running and who belongs in it.

Opt-in, per-school policy, parental consent built in from the start.
In development

Aggression detection

Camera analysis that flags a physical altercation in a corridor or yard and alerts staff in seconds — rather than after a parent phones that evening.

In a large school, the gap between an incident and an adult arriving is the whole problem.
Coming next

Transport tracking

Live GPS on every van and bus. Parents see where the vehicle is; the school sees the whole fleet on one map. The daily "where is the bus" phone calls stop.

Removes an entire category of front-office interruption.
Coming next

Route-anomaly detection

The system learns each route's normal shape and flags the abnormal — an unexpected stop, a deviation, a vehicle idling somewhere it shouldn't be.

Safeguarding for the part of the day the school otherwise cannot see.
In development

Student risk patterns

Attendance decline, grade trajectory and behavioural signals combined into an early warning — so a student in trouble is found while intervention still works.

Not at the end of term, when the report card explains it.

Management chatbot

Ask in plain language — "how much is outstanding at the city campus?" — and get an answer without building a report. Aware of who is asking, so it never returns data they aren't entitled to.

Formal, precise, and permission-aware by construction.

Pilot schools decide which of these ships first.

Why this and not generic software

Built for how schools here actually work

International products are built for card checkout and single sites. Neither describes a school in Lahore with four campuses.

  • Multi-campus is the foundation. The data model starts at organisation → campus. Head office gets a genuine cross-campus view; each campus admin is scoped to their own.
  • Bank challans, done properly. Generation, numbering, payment against the bank slip, defaulter tracking. International products simply do not do this.
  • The timetable drives everything. Change it and attendance, teacher schedules and the live period logic all follow.
  • Regional data residency. Hosted in AWS Middle East, not routed through Europe or North America.

Our limits, stated up front

What we will not build

Cameras in a school are a serious thing. These are out of scope permanently — not for now, but by policy.

No mental-health diagnosis

We will flag an attendance pattern. We will not tell you what it means about a child's mind.

No emotion detection

Inferring feelings from faces is not reliable enough to act on, and not something we will sell.

No scoring teachers from video

Classroom cameras will never be turned into a performance rating for the person at the front.

The platform runs your school today.
Pilot schools shape what we build next.

We're taking a small number of pilot schools this year. You get the platform as it stands, and a say in which Safety Intelligence capability ships first.
